Hi All :)

One of our chickens laid her first egg yesterday :) However today she has made a nest which she did yesterday and yet so far no egg? (am getting regular updates from my "working at home partner!")

We have four hybrids (half rhode island red and light sussex) they are aprox 18 weeks old. They free range in our garden with access to water, feed, and grit.

Help appreciated

She's new at it and not too sure herself of whats what.  Perhaps she'll lay her egg tomorrow.
