I must be doing something wrong HELP!

I have had this problem.  In my case it was too many treats which they prefer and then leave the pellets.  So I now keep treats to a minimum,  A handful of corn sometimes and suitable kitchen waste maybe one or twice a week.  Otherwise its layers pellets which are always available and oyster shell scattered in weekly.
