I'll need to ask my parents - they kept a big shed full of laying birds only about a mile from Scapa Flow.  In fact, I recently went to the museum in the old Royal Navy HQ at Lyness and they had copies of Luftwaffe air reconnaisance photographs - my house was in one ... spooky!

Ah ... sorry ... can't actually ask my parents 'cos they're both dead.
