poorly chicken

help help help got a couple of chickens with mucky vents and when i went to clean them their were like egg sac attached to their feathers near to their bodies and little crawlies around the area as well what can i do and should eggs still be eaten

If they are lice use frontline, they will be gone overnight.  Or could it be maggots?
Have they been wormed, use Flubenvet.  :)

I would agree with PaulineM here.  Try the frontline and the flubenvet.
