Name that weed?

I have a very persistent trailing/climbing weed.

It appears to be curcurbit-like, with tri-lobar furry leaves and furry hexagonal stems.  It has curling tendrils which curl strongly on anything touching it.

In autumn it has small pale flowers, which then produce 1/4in berries.

It grows at an amazing rate, and is quite capable of strangling anything it climbs across.  It appers to be shallow rooted, but at the rate it keeps popping up after i pull it out, I'm having doubts on that.

I can cake photos tonight, but has anyone any ideas what it could be?

Sounds like poison ivy  (Yes, maybe it is, and stop calling me Ivy)
