rhubarb

hi iv got to points first one is one of the leaf stems as broken of from the wind i look under the leafs there is a lots of green fly's will the rhubarb be o k second point is on my second rhubarb wot looks like a bu lit growing up the senter  of the rhubarb wood it be a flower

if it is wen do i cut it off will the rhubarb still grow

iv took the tip of but i think it was a new stalk if it was will it still be o k thanks

it look like a tip off a built it just coming out of the crown
