Hi everyone I have just planted 2 camellia sinensis plants (The tea bush) and I was just wondering does anyone know how to process the leaves into black tea at home?

Coming from a tea growing country (Kenya), I can only share what I saw done as a child. The leaves were picked, dried up in the sun then used as pleased for black tea or with milk. There was nothing else done to them. No idea what they do to them on a large scale though!

Commercially, they are 'fermented'.
