Where are you growing them? If they are getting a lot of heat and direct sunlight they can get similar symptoms to magnesium deficiency also. Perhaps some greenhouse shading or some other kind of shade and a good feeding will sort them out?
Make sure they're not sitting in too humid an atmosphere too, getting plenty of air circulation... if they are stressed they can be more susceptible to fungal diseases.

Thanks. They're in a greenhouse getting sun for about half the day. They've not been fed yet. Just about to pot them on into their final location. All the other leaves on the plant look good, but this is the only one directly facing the sun.

Yes its scorch. Looks like there has been some water on the leaf when its been very hot.
Either they've been watered in high heat of day or the morning water has not dreid out before the sun hit it. They will recover if stilll some green on leaf to photosynthesise.
With greenhouse plants, sometimes a good idea to bury an upturned plastic bottle with bottom removed next to each plant and water via this. Encourages water to go to roots not on surface, roots deeper and no chance of scorched leaves.

That sounds good. I'll give it a go.
