Help needed urgently please!

I have a two day old Lakenvelder chick who appeared to be completely healthy - eating and drinking well. It's just started cheeping very loudly and I've had a look and it's holding it's head at an odd angle - any ideas?

Thanks Bantam Novice. I've since spent ages on-line and think it may be a blocked ear canal as the symptoms seem to match. How do I check and more importantly, how on earth do I clean something so small?
