My Rhubarb has 2 flowering slalks on it.

Its not a very big plant.

I just want to check the the plant is ok ?

Its about 5 yrs old, but was split and moved this winter.....is it ok ?

All my rhubarb is producing lots of flower spikes this year.  I think that it was due to the lack of rainfall/water that was making it try to reproduce!  You need to pull the flower spikes off to stop the goodness being wasted, I would also give it a really good water.

Yank the flowers out, speaking bluntly, your rhubarb is going to seed .  I de-flowered my rhubard at the weekend - I had two flowers coming up - and they went straight into the compost bin .
