fold some tin foil up behind them to reflect some light back onto them. That should help stop them getting any worse.
When you move them on to bigger pots, plant them a bit deeper to cover some more of the stem. New roots will grow from the stem to help the plant to grow.

A few of my toms I put from trays into empty youghurt pots to give them a bit more depth and cover more stem when they got leggy.  For about a week though the 2 tiny leaves have got stuck together at the end on all of them.

What is this odd phenomenon?  This morning I did find that squeezing the funny coloured sticking together bit between my thumb and finger had the effect of seperating them again, so hopefully they'll now start growing again

when the seedlings first emerge the seed shell is sometimes caught on the emerging leaves...could that be what has happened in this case? if it is you can gently remove it and the seedling will continue to grow normally.

as I said, pot them up a bit deeper.

Depends how quickly they grow, but they may need to go into an even bigger pot in a few weeks time.

We remove the bottom 2leaves then pot on into a bigger pot, then we do the same again. This makes for a great root system.
