Hi All would it be ok to run a couple of turkey poult with my chickens and use the same coup at nights?

I'm not entirely sure but I don't think its recommended since turkeys can pass disease onto chickens (or the other way around

). I think I'm right in saying that anyway.

Generally chickens and turkeys should be kept apart as chickens carry blackhead which is deadly to turkeys

i believe turkeys can pass on blackspot to the hens but we had a hen turkey back home and she lived with the hens just fine but im sure others will advise
