Worm tea - what is it good for?
« on: March 25, 2011, 11:12 »
I have a wormery and over the winter it has produced lots of liquid.

I grow Apples, Gooseberries, Jostaberries, Raspberries, Strawberries in pots, black currants and white currants.

Which of the above would like worm liquid?

Strange - my worm tea doesn't smell at all. 8doubles - are you thinking of Comfrey tea maybe?

As for the question - if you find out please let me know  :)

I use it on my rhubarb and it seems to work but I can definitely tell you that it does not work on tomatoes - tried that, total failure but standard tomato feed saved the day.

I'm planning to use Comfrey tea, for the first time this year, on my berry plants and my spuds. But I have loads of Wormery juice waiting for the answer to your question.
