I've noticed that one of my hens tends to have blood in her feaces, and there was more this morning - is this something I should be worried about? she's eating and behaving normally in everyway. They're pullets and although I had 2 eggs last week i've not had any since.

I avoided looking at that thread for a loooong time but finally got up the courage just before I got my pullets.  I'm so glad I did because I had exactly the same thing - I would have assumed any sign of 'blood' was something terrible and got myself in a tizz about it.  But seeing the photos of the wide range of 'normal' was very reassuring.

So although I never thought I would say it, I can recommend the poo thread!  (Just not while you're eating...)  :blink:
