Anyone know where i could acquire some tree stakes cheap or suggest a reasonably priced alternative please?

It's cheaper to buy 1" sq from a Wood Yard and cut to length or even better to find some in a skip.

I got mine from timber merchant on edge of Manchester, about £1 for 4', 3" rounds
