as i`m new to keeping chickens i`m not sure what to expect from them just wondering if its too early for them to turn broody one of my hens just sits in the box on two eggs nearly three days now if so would it hurt the eggs if i marked them with something like a maker pen so i  can keep them in there ? any hints would be helpful thanks

I have at least go broody in the past 6 weeks so definitely not too early. If you want her to hatch them (and I am assuming you have a cockerel) then she and her eggs will need moving to a broody coop, if you don't have a cockerel them remove the eggs rather than letting her sit on eggs. Doing this will get her out of her broody state quicker.

yes i have a cockerel so just need to move her into a different pen will it stop my other hen stop laying ?

let them mix together when you lift your broody off the eggs to force her to stretch, eat and pooh. If you want to mark the eggs just in case the other hen nips in lays her egg then use pencil  :)
