Green plastic pop bottles

Just to agree with D.D and hamstergbert;

My beloved (but admittedly strange) Grandfather once painted his greenhouse glass green to see if it helped his plants.  (He said "Well, its called a greenhouse",  I was about eight at the time and charmed.)  It didn't work.

Yes D.D. recycled, today as it happens  . Hamstergbert's version was more scientific tho' D.D 

I was asked if I was building a greenhouse with my canes of bottomless bottles (none green )

Speaking of rattling in the wind, they've probably done a Mary Poppins in this wind an' all! 

He sounds like my dad Green Owl  .

Same size as other 2L pop bottles Stompy, Sprite I think  , my son & his girlfriend drink the pop.
