Have just cut a home grown Butternut squash in half to roast for dinner, no seeds inside at all.

Would have been nice to save some seed from that one.

Er..........how come it grew if it wasn't pollinated

Some b/nuts have lots of seed , some only a few, this one had none. A very good thickness of flesh though.
