Thanks, I'll shift them out to the shed ( quite light) later. I've started a new batch off too and these will be off to OH's greenhouse ( unheated) hopefully this weekend, as that should be ready to take any seeds now.

Sorry, but that doesn't sound "Light enough" to me. If the day is not cold and miserable I'd stick them* outside somewhere where they are sheltered from the wind.  A coldframe / greenhouse would be better

* assuming Brassicas or other such hardy varieties
