Is it just me - or is fowl?  Domestic Foul Trust sounds like something rather nasty from the drains!

Thanks, Aunt Sally  ::)

Domestic foul could mean something to do with the off-side rule, I suppose, or merely a homely disagreement.....  Fowl is less interesting, but probably more use. :tongue2:

Ah yes.  As should be coop/coup.

There are plenty of examples of foul coups in the world, but we are here to discuss fowl coops!

Well ITMA ended in 1949 so I don't remember it either but old jokes live on.

Oh please tell me you did not order from http://www.domesticfowltrust.co.uk/index.html

My husband being a sweet man took me on a date here.  I was so heart broken after walking the whole place looking at all the breeds and seeing the state of them it was awful the birds were so infested with scaly leg.

The birds they were flogging as young birds were not POL they had bald bums missing feathers and looked like they were drug out of a hedge back ass wards.

The little cages they put them was horrendous they had to many birds per cage I walked out of that place with a few birds as I felt so bad for them and the state they were in brought them home next day took them to the vet (180.00 pounds later) and tried to give them the best but they only lived just over a month.

it just broke my heart to see a place like that I think they should be shut down. I wrote a letter to the RSPCA DEFRA and the DFT nothing was ever done.

Correction of spelling isn't meant as a criticism, just putting things right.   :mellow:Having said that, mis-spelling affords us pedants quite a deal of fun and gentle humour.  Please don't misunderstand us, and we all get things wrong from time to time. :wacko:
