i doubt wether you will get any sprouts cos it aint cold enough i maybe wrong  so make use of the land for something else  i think they need a good bit of cold to help them mature  :blink:

I agree, this is their second year and come the warmer weather they will just run naturally to seed.

Im my opinion it's irresponsible for garden centres to be selling plants that will come to nothing as it's totally the wrong time of year.

 Thank you for your replies. I dont have the receipt but will go back to tell them Im not pleased to have been given wrong information (though at the time I did sort of think I was doing the wrong thing) He actually asked another person so 2 of them said it was ok. I will go back as well in October and see what they are selling then and point it out.
