I;'ve got a wind-up radio to listen to the match  :D

I have my shed with all my useful stuff in it but I usually take something along with me, such as food to last me all day. When the veg is in full swing I cook something up

When I used to drink I would take a can of lager or some wine for when I'd finished work. I stick to tea these days  :)

An old pushchair is very good for taking stuff to the plot

I love the image of using an old pushchair for the stuff Compostqueen - I know if I walked through the village here with an old pushchair full of lottie gear, I would deffo be known as the mad pushchair lady.   ::).I already am thought of as a tad eccentric.  :nowink:
small, Welsh and almost certainly bonkers, but can be tamed with Talisker, if required

I'm not the mad pushchair lady, but have been known to use my brightly flower printed shopping trolly to cart things there and back.......and that raises a few laughs I can tell you  ;)

No shed atm so the only things up at the plot are my son's slide (in case he gets bored of digging!), and a broken fork. I have an 'old lady' tartan shopping trolley for taking up all my essentials:

kneeling cushion
gloves
azada
knife
bottle of water
few pieces of fruit
hand trowel & fork
sheers (to keep my son quiet when he gets bored of his slide...he likes cutting up the horseradish leaves with them!)
moleskin & pencil
camera
mobile phone
keys
sun/rain hat
carrier bags & containers for harvests/donations  :)
Saz

My Opinel carbon bladed pruning knife to be exact.

If i ever (rarely) forget it i will go home and get it! I hate being on the plot with out my trusted knife.
I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.

I don't mind being the bag lady. I have a little trolley for carting heavy bags of compost from my car to the plot, as it's the farthest from the road.  I find it easier to wheel it than carry it, although it does tip up sometimes resulting in lots of cursing from me as I trundle slowly along all the while trying to keep it balanced   :)

even without the pushchair, I am considered bonkers.
I suppose it does look odd, trudging through the village with hair sticking up (well you sweat when you work!), carrying carrier bags with nefarious bits of green hanging out, and the occasional spud dropping and bouncing on the pavement, mud strewn wellies or boots, smear of mud across nose or cheeks (well doesn't YOUR nose run when you keep bending?), filthy hands, and the handle of a fork - which breaks off at least once a season.....
