I should point out that although I smoke on the plot I would'nt dream of puffing in the greenhouse or shed (Hives of industry you see) and might count as a place of work.
I'd love to have put a sticky out tongue here but being a duffer at this computing lark when I clicked on it I got some gobbeldygook text instead.

You mean like  ":tongue2:" or ":P"

If so that is correct (and will display either a short or long tongue respectively when you either preview or post.)

Not that I should be encouraging such rude behaviour of course!  :tongue2:  :tongue2:
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

One of the best things about being an orang-utan is the fact that you don't lose your good looks as you get older

I keep all my stuff down there in the green house but usually take my seed basket and my dog.  She just checks out any vermin holes or sleeps in the sun on the grass but it makes such a difference having her with me :happy:

I have a battered old fleece I wear to the lottie and the pockets always have Swiss Army knife, hankie (my nose runs when I dig!), permanent felt tip pen and lots of twisty bits of wire...

the rest of my rubbish is kept in the sheds!

I have a gas stove, a kettle, tea and teapot (and tea-strainer) at the lottie, so I take up milk. I find loose tea leaves compost better than tea bags.

Being of Welsh-ish heritage I have to take sun cream and a big hat in the summer.  Although sticking the beer in the pond keeps it nice and cool.

I keep all my kit in my allotment shed,so being a politcally incorect dinosaur I always take me baccy pouch,fag papers and lighter,I just love sitting back, coffee and fag in hand admiring my handywork.

How disgusting!  :ohmy: All that fresh air and you take tobacco with you!

Me too.  ::)

OK I am now decicedly jealous. even after 6yrs as a convert i often sit drinking my coffee at the lotty thinking 'now all i need to round the moment off is a ciggie'
