I was looking for local sources of manure & came across this, it is for Surrey, but it might be worth checking your county council. They might do something similar

What a great idea I checked our local council website and they have nothing like this
I've been looking to find a source of free manure locally without having to trapse round all the farms and stables. Will be sending the council an email with this link but I doubt I'l get a response.
