Why not report the listing? eBay are very vigilant, but don't always catch everything when sellers are a bit crafty about how they list items.

Reported  , I know cock fighting goes on but it is an evil practice and so very cruel. Hopefully ebay will remove it and the seller.

Just what I was going to say. They will remove the listing and should put in place further checks to catch similar in future. They might not ban the seller though..
