Is it too late to dig some manure into my veg bed.  It is a bag of manure from garden centre so will be quite well rotted?

Never too late for well rotted manure.

Don't put it on your root veg beds though. (Spuds are not root veg).
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
