How did last night go, and how were they when you let them out this morning?

Well they haven't attacked each other so far, flump the silkie just runs away terrified when she sees the new one. I will persevere and hope it all sorts out soon. Thanks for the advice

Glad to hear things are settling down

I sympathise with your worries, but things DO sort out eventually.  Our warren, Wilma, was awful to the other three when we got them and pecked the bluebell badly.  We had to separate them for a while.  We gave Wilma her own condo for night times by partitioning the nest boxes in the coop and if it was really bad during the day she was confined to the small run while the others roamed in the big pen.... we did this for weeks (probably a lot longer than advisable), but with time and patience she did stop bullying them and now all four hens cuddle up in one nestbox.  We have to check who's on the bottom of the heap!!
Spend some time with them this weekend and purr/coo at them?!! they just want a bit of love... Hope Flump settles down soon. 

they are both beautiful, i think you should call her Ebony, i know its not a sweet but i think it suits her lol.
