If you ever feel let down by the heat of your chili in a dish, I recommend Encona Hot Pepper Sauce.

Just a couple of drops puts fire in any dish. I just bought a new bottle (142ml for 96p), it's got a sell by of June 2009, and I know I'll still be using it in 2012.

just a quick one. are chilis annuals?  how long will my chilis last?

I'm fairly sure they are perrenials (?sp), but that may just be the variety my grandma has. It's been in the same position for years and years and years. Then again, it may be self seeding? It's in Kenya, so I guess the  tropical climate might have something to do with it.

Easy - use it in the next batch (without adding more chile).
