yes! most things freeze if it is cold enough and it has been -18 degrees here

freezing wont hurt it in any way and you can just pile it up somewhere until it melts!  The main consideration I guess is how easy it will be to collect it/ get it delivered in the snow and whether you want to be outside shovelling!

the weather has stopped me carting horse dung down the lottie so i am stockpiling my horse manure in builders tonne ballast bags i had to empty the dung out of compost bags as my horse lady needed them to re-fill and i can tell you without question horse dung freezes its one hell of a job to get it out of the plastic bag into the tonne bag i filled three and a half bags about three tonnes and then i got another telephone call there where another sixty or so bags to move 

i collected them last week before the snow came down here and stacked them up in the garden they are all frozen solid now absolutely no chance of emptying these till the weather turns

Not untill it leaves the horse !  I'll get me coat !  Cheers,   Tony.
