The marzipan has hardenend and the Royal icing is on.  My wrist is still tingling.  Do they really mean beating for ten minutes beating ?   Asked my skinny blister to make me an icing bag.  Now how do you spell "Merry Christmas" !   :ohmy:Cheers   ??? Tony.
