Sorry Phil, you are in for a long wait :(

You cant sex these by feathers like you can the japanese and italian..... but if they have light for 16 hours a day they will mature up as if it were summer......

Turn them upside down (when they are about 6 weeks) and squeeze (gently) their vent...

If its a boy then foam will come out... if nothing then maybe a girl, or maybe still to immature to tell :(

Good luck.... I have just found two boys in my last hatch..... around 5 weeks old..... One was silly enough to crow and the other was foamy....

They are in a shed that has some light 24 hours a day from the heat lamps :)
I love Pekins, Polands and Seramas :) and eggs!!!

Only thing is if they are not under artificial lighting they will all look like hens as the males foam dries up in the winter :(

You can always have a little squeeze.... It wont be as obvious as the summer bulge they get but if a few little bubbles appear then a boy.... if not hopefully a girl....

It could be worth seeing if you can tell and marking the boys and see if you are right come march!!

To my knowledge yes...... although how handy it would be if it worked on chickens too :)
