Please could everybody who copies anything from another site put a link or reference to acknowledge where it has come from - we do have to watch out for copyright laws.

I must remind all posters that copying large chunks of text from other web sites is discouraged.  Not just because of plagiarism but because google bots notice it and consider it plagiarism and mark our site down in the google ratings. 

If you want to give a large piece of text it is better just to post the link for people to follow.
