Newbie and my mum asked what I wanted for Christmas

Asked her for a couple of poly tunnels. Got sis, niece and other half asking same question. What will I need in my first growing season?

Got seeds sorted and obviously wagon loads of manure are not quite want you want under the tree but any ideas of what is essential (predictable Hoe, Hoe, Hoe jokes apart)?

I found two tools which are handy/high usage with my gardening style (if I have one). I always need a digging fork... a high quality one and a good quality hoe.
as suggested indoor propagators are a very good idea to start of immediately after the Christmas blues has settled.
