I am looking for uber-cheapo water butts/barrels/drums. Does anyone know of anywhere in the Northeast that sells something along these lines, maybe the blue plastic barrels they store oil and foodstuffs in?

look on ebay,,u get some cheap 1000ltr ibc tanks up north

May be worth your having a browse around the Frugal living pages in the Chatting area. There was one particular thread on those blue barrels, which I'm sure were in the NE.... but other useful threads too.
