Allotment Insurance? Help

Hi all,

Our allotment is having trouble in finding reasonable insurance  quotes. We have communal tools locked in a metal shipping container and there are some childrens play equipment on site, anyone else have anything to do with a site with similar situation, if so could anyone point us in the right direction. So do we CQ.  it's very reasonable.

If you have an allotment association they can join the NSALG and then use their insurance scheme.  Aleternatively your allotment authority e.g. the Council can join and take out insurance on your behalf.

Our site is very small ( only 14 plots) but is a lovelly place to be and if we can source reasonable insurance it will make next year alot easier.

Will inform the secretary (OH!) of the suggestions so far, any more help much appreciated.
