Do beans (french and runner) like manure

I am digging over and manuring my plot and was wondering if my bean area would appreciate some manure dug in?
Start at the beginning, and finish at the end!!

If the soil is in good heart then Brassicas can do without it.

As I dont dig my soil at all and the surface is like concrete I grow my beans only in ridges of well rotted manure and I was picking them up to last week.

is your soil in good heart?  Brassicas traditionally come after potatoes in the rotation, so benefit from the manure applied for the spuds in the year before. They may not need manure this year but still need enough goodness in the soil to grow, so may need feeding :)
Same with everything really.................................
