You can get some purple spray from any good pet shop and spray that on which will prevent the others from pecking it. Well that's the theory

If it's bad you'll need to get some antibiotics from the vet. It's a good idea to set yourself up with a vet anyway as you'll probably need to see one at some point in your chicken keeping career

It seems to me that different birds dislike different things!  UKADEX doesn't very often work on the turkeys, they seem to dislike the vaseline and tea tree oil more, but it works on most of the chickens!  Especially if one still insists on pecking, then its wandering around the run wiping its beak trying to get rid of the taste!  

I used a clear spray product called Featherite, got in on line.  It must taste awful, as always stops any pecking.
Purple spray will disguise the red.

if the bully still keeps on pulling feathers out you could try fitting a beak clip to them, they can still eat and drink but not close their beaks onto a feather.
