Wolf or Gardena - which system?
« on: October 06, 2010, 14:54 »
Hi all,

Am wanting to start an interchangeable tool system collection but am unsure which is best.

I like the look of the Wolf tools but I have also heard about the Gardena system.

Does anyone have much info over which is best?

I have searched the site but don't find anything offering a comparison between the two.

Thanks

Rossco

Thanks Sally.

Just been browsing the websites and it would seem that the Wolf system has many, many more tools.

I have some of the Gardena tools more by accident than by design. I've always been very pleased with the system, although I think the wolf tools have a better range.
Quality wise, I don't think there is a lot between them.

Haven't seen any gardena interchangeable tool systems, wolf seem to be much more widely available in stores.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Finally bought some Wolf tools!

I've gone for:

1.7-3m adjustable handle ZMV-3
1.4m ash handle ZM-14
draw hoe HWM-15
dutch hoe DHM
35cm bow rake DOM-35
cultivator BEM

Will add to the collection no doubt, already like the look of the small rake for in between rows and plants.

I've got a few bits and pieces, but the one I use most is the push/pull hoe. Amazing tool. Wouldn't be without it now  :)
Cheers, Comfortably Numb.

I'm just off down the greenhouse. I won't be long ..........................
