Just had news today that one of the 4 chicks that went to the new home unfortunatly passed away...
Her name was Richelle (they were all named for me and my friends) and they think other hens sat on her to death.
Its very sad, espesically for me and my family, who looked after them for 3 months. I haven't told my sister yet, she is too tramatised after the last chick death.
What is is what must be i suppose. I don't think I could have done anything to prevent it and at least she had a nice life, however short it was.
