Hi everyone

Just picked my first few cauliflowers. They look pretty good but a few have lost their tight heads and started to swell. I know I've left these too long. Question is is the flavour impaired? I have a few massive heads that i'd like to portion up and freeze as I wont eat them all

Try eating one that is ok and one that has started to swell to compare flavours - then you will know for sure. Personally, if you are quick in harvesting them, I don't think it will differ too much, just maybe the texture.
