Does anyone have a good tried & tested Falafel recipe ?? Never had broad beans and would like a recipe that I could try - they in freezer at moment awaiting their fate !!

I must admit I used red beans to make them, instead of broad beans and I added some chilli powder, but they were nice

I'm sure Alys Fowler made some in her tv programme the edible garden, not in the book though. However if you google bb falafel loads of recipes come up. May give one a go myself, love falafel and have lots of bb's in the freezer!

I've only ever used chickpeas -- never thought of using broad beans
