Baby chick

Hi i have got 3 chicks a buff sussex ,cream legbar and a copper blue maran. my buff and cream legbar have got loads of feathers and a tail but my maran has only just got some feathers coming is this normal im quite worried because she quite behind the others. They have also got dots on there heads is this normal im very new to this and dont know much any questions would be helpfull thanks luke
