Cauliflower
« on: August 08, 2010, 18:42 »
:( My cauliflower plants were doing very nicely last week, small but tight heads. This week they are all looking as if they are "shooting". The florets are all growing long stems and of course the plants do not look good. I had turned some leaves over the heads to protect them from the sun. Can someone tell me what has gone wrong.
You will never find time for anything. If you want time you must make it.

Simply, you left them too long.

Once you can see the curds they won't last for many days, no matter what you do.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
