Thanks for the welcome guys.
It rained here last night ,but it only soaked in about 1/4 of an inch.
I think I will have to get the feathers and war paint out again.

If you do start doing rain dances , can you please ask for it to fall a little lighter in The Brockham area.  I had a degree of damage to young plants which I am hoping will grow out.

That said, I agree the rain was welcomed and saved at least an hour this eveing watering.

Yeah, hte rain did a bit of damage here too, and that wind!!! phew!!!  But at least I only had to water the tunnel and greenhouses.

Our sky turned dark and it felt threatening but all we got was six drops.  Today the sky is grey and the temperature is a mere 19 degrees.  Wonderful
