I've got a lovely pair of melons!

 :D discovered them in amongst the foliage of my melon plant in the greenhouse. They are the size of duck eggs so I'm going to 'borrow' a bra from my OH to hold them up.  :D

ooh matron  :)
There's more comfrey here than you can shake a stick at!

If your OH knows finds out that her melons have been downgraded to the size of duck eggs, on a public forum too, then you're in BIG TROUBLE!

i have 5 melon plants, they have been flowering for months and i can only see 1 tiny melon  :(

I've never grown them myself sutty1, but ive read and seen people leaving 2 on each plant but i think it would depend how healthy things look on the plant

Same for my plants, lots of flowers, only one fruit. :) Should I go round & tickle them :D

I have Cantelope and Water Melons this year in a large cold frame, water ones are about 6" round and the Cantelope ones about 4" round, how do you know when they are ripe ?
