It La Nina we have to blame for this.  There is a very interesting article on the BBC website about this phenomena.

My whole garden and allotment is a total washout (pardon the pun). I've had nigh on torrential rain since Sunday 24th June (my house was nearly flooded on the 25th).
Everything is looking sickly and yellow and I just can't get to it to do any work etc...  :evil: , it's always throwing it down. And my allotment is less than 20 feet from my house!!!

 :evil: If this is global "warming", they can shove it.......
First timer, NOT enjoying the backache anymore!
