I ate my first home produced strawberry today (only 1 was ripe) and it was bloomin lovely.  

There are quite a few fruits ripening and 2 runners, I am so glad I took up this hobby/obsession.

i think mine are finished for the year.....

it was their first year fruiting,  only little plants in a planter.

is there anyway to make them fruit again? like cutting them back etc?  or is that it?

we only had two plants and we had one strawberry from it which was very nice it was the best strawberry i have ever eaten.i have never experienced the taste of your own veg before

Still my courgettes have started now ... 7 this week ... more to come.  I shall be a sorry girl I can just tell.
