We have a Dutchman on our site who has become a friend of mine, last night he gave me some Endive and his recipe for Stampot Andive which i have had for tea so thought i would share as its very nice.
Stampot Andive
Make some Mash.
At the same time cube some belly pork small and fry until crispy.
Add to mash with some shredded endive, season.
Pour some of the pork fat over the top.
Enjoy.
Looks like i will be needing room and seeds for Endive next yr now
