Fresh chicken and rabbit manure.

I've just been offered an ongoing supply of chicken and rabbit poo. ???
It's ready bagged for me to collect for composting. Could anyone please tell me if there are any problems associated with composting these?
We do have a fox family living nearby.

Mix it with other stuff and put it in a dalek compost bin or similar enclosed space.

After a year you should have some amazing compost.

We use our chicken pooh (and used to use the rabbit pooh when we had rabbits) to layer between the grass clippings.  Our compost is always blooming fantastic (even if we do say so ourselves!!!) so can highly recommend all that pooh!

I have rabbits and chickens and add their litter to my compost.  They are now on hemp rather than straw (which composts down much quicker).  Need to mix it in with greens (grass cuttings or veg waste) to speed things up.  Mine has been ready in as little as six months )when turned and watered regularly.  If I have added woody shreddings I have used compost accelerator (Wilkos is cheap and effective) but otherwise just let nature do its stuff
3 dogs, 8 chickens, 4 rabbits 2 guinea pigs, 10 quail, 2 fish and a demanding daughter who has gone to uni and left me with 29 animals to care for!!=)
