help!!!!!

Hi im a new veg grower and i seam to be infested with bugs. My courgetts are covered in black eggs and there are loads of flys everywhere, there is also some black and white striped wasp like things too . Also near the base of my tomatoe plants there is lots of white lumps what are all these things and what can i do about it 

Sounds very much like blackfly to me. Everybody seems to be suffering with it this year 
A spray with soapy water helps. The black and white striped wasps things are probably Hoverflies, the larvae of which feed on blackfly and greenfly, so they are goodies 
Sometimes tomatoes put out new roots from the base of the stem, which appear like white lumps at first.
